Our Small Heart Disc Collectible will become a staple in your jewellery collection and makes for the most gorgeous layering piece. Each charm has the option of engraving to allow for a beautiful keepsake to be created, whether it be with letters, a special date or even your own personal mantra to hold close to your heart.
Hung on a vintage fob clasp, which allows you to mix and match your Collectibles as your please, as well as to attach them to different bracelets and necklaces to reflect your personal style.
*Please note that engraved pieces are final sale due to their made to order nature and one of a kind personalisation

*Charms are sold separately. 1 unit is equal to 1 individual charm. The chain is not included in the purchase of charms.
